Processing of personal data / Clause in accordance with Personal Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679/
For Valerii S&M Group AD, the privacy of personal information is a high priority. By implementing its activity in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), since  25.05.2018, Valerie S&M Group ensures that the personal data of the clients are processed with their informed consent and in connection with the purpose of their provision. As an administrator and processor of personal data, Valerie SIM Group is obliged to comply with the applicable data protection legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The purposes for which Valerie S&M Group can process and store Customer data are:

  •   Execution of contractual relations for the sale and delivery of goods;
  •  Sending newsletters, promotions, news, current offers and brochures;
  •  Receiving special offers and offers;
  •  Surveys and analyzes of consumer preferences for marketing purposes.

 The processing and storage of the personal data provided is for the period in which the goals are met. In accordance with GDPR, the Customer may request correction, modification, update or deletion of the data provided.
