Payment and delivery

The e-shop platform offers the following payment methods:


1. Cash on delivery - the price of the order and the price of delivery are paid to the courier upon delivery.

2. Bank transfer - when choosing a method of payment "by bank transfer" when ordering by the Recipient, an order with a number is created. The recipient performs a bank transfer to the account of Valeriy SiM Group J.S.Co, indicating the order number as a basis for the transfer. The order is valid for 24 hours. The delivery price is paid additionally to the courier upon delivery of the goods.

3. Credit / Debit card - when paying by bank card, the Recipient is transferred to the online card payment system of Raiffeisenbank, where he enters the data for his bank card and makes the due payment.

Valeriy SiM Group J.S.Co does not require or receive any additional fees, regardless of the method of payment. All accrued fees, outside the value of the order announced by Valeriy SiM Group J.S.Co, are subject to contractual relations between the Recipient and the servicing bank.

Valeriy SiM Group J.S.Co does not store any information of the cardholder, including card number, as they are processed only by the Virtual Payment System of Raiffeisenbank.

The bank cards with which you can make online payments are with brands BORICA, VISA and MASTERCARD.

Please make sure your card is open by your publisher for online transactions!

To protect you from misuse of payments with your Visa or MasterCard card, we apply the best practices recommended by international card organizations:

  • The security when entering and transferring the card data is ensured by using the SSL protocol for encrypting the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank.
  • The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2)

These conditions apply to orders placed by and for delivery on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
